This bowl has a new glaze pattern.  I have used it on mugs and tankards, but this is the first time for a serving bowl.  The soft blue glaze on the lip is an ash glaze dipped over a spodumene glaze. The drippy white is one of those happy little accident glazes that I mixed incorrectly and have been using it sparingly for several years.

This bowl is a good size for a salad ( pasta, veggie or potato), or chips, or whatever.  Take to the next patio party with your favorite dish. 

It's approx. 9 1/2" wide by 4 " tall.   Durable stoneware.  I hope I don't really need to say it, but it's food safe.  Duh!
